This short video shows you how to examine your own breasts and what signs and symptoms to watch out for.

You should try to do this about once a month and report any persistent changes to your doctor if they persist beyond two weeks or after your next period.

Most breast lumps (9/10) actually turn out to be benign, but it is vital all lumps are properly assessed by a breast specialist with examination , imaging and biopsy if needed.

If your over 40 ,breast health screening is just £250 which includes assessment and examination by Miss Langlands and imaging with Mammography reported by a Consultant Breast Radiologist usually the same day.
